actually, this pic is already long overdue. we celebrated anika's birthday last October 15, 2005. It was only yesterday that mel had the time to send the pics to anika and then forwarded to me.

that night was actually a very fun night. i was soo glad to see anne and anika again. the two "mean" girls that i hang out with in starbucks or in the CAS garden. ooh..i just miss those times. i miss those times when we'd absolutely do nothing and just people watch. it was really, really comforting and relaxing. being with them, it actually brought back all those memories and emotions.

that was also the night when i first met philip. (bert's friend) he's really quite a character, huh? and i really wouldn't mind hanging out with him again. he actually reminds me of some of my friends. haha. typical xavierian actually. oh well.

today's the first "work day" of the week although it's a wednesday already. we had planning session for the past two days. damn. it was really tiring. i'm all sick because of that... or so i think so. i just hope that from now on, things will definitely change around him and have more direction. i'm really very hopeful! ;)

well, this pic was taken in italianni's, greenbelt. my sister just sent it to me a couple of minutes ago. boohoo for her cause she has work today. at the very least, i'm hoping she enjoyed last night just as much as i did (or, we did).

anyway, i'm still looking forward to more night outs with my sister and and bert. with my sister cause i know that it doesn't happen very often knowing how she's like. with bert, well, i just wish that everything will fall into place. you know what i mean. ;)

saturday today. quite different from my regular saturdays. didn't go to the gym because my dad left me. :P going to the designer later for the gown for sherrill's wedding. 2 more months to go til her wedding. (i still can't believe she's going to get married already... i still remember the time when we'd hang out because of the great bodies competition. the urcc in casino filipino with jay, she and marlon... damn... that was a LONG time ago.. things really have changed already. :O)

fresh feeling

well, i know someone's checking this out regularly hoping that i write about him. well, guess what? i do write about you.. not here nga lang... somewhere else, somewhere a little more private. but don't worry..cause when i'm ready to share with you everything that's been on my mind.. i'll show you that place.

as for now, well, i just want to tell you that i'm happy that i met you. that you're there. though we have our weird moments, well, it's a thing we have to go through right?? :) and i'm happy to say that though there are bumps on the path that we're taking.. well, we've gone through them.. sometimes smoothly, other times, not.. but we've gone through them.

i dont know if there are still more to come. but considering that "after all what we've been through... i know we're cool." cheezy my dear but sweet. definitely sweet. so there, i'm hoping that yah.. even if there will be more "issues" that'll come our way, we'll be able to make it through. ;)

well, got the pics today from laz. lots and lots of pics i might add. actually, that night was pretty fun. most of the yehey peeps attended. that just means that we all truly love and appreciate kevin. he was a really good boss. yeah, he wasn't a perfect boss but his shortcomings are really very minimal compared to other people. what a loss. we're actually all at a loss now. he was very hands on in everything. all of the departments really worked closely with him.

ma'am sarah's talking to laz right now. she said that we have to announce the fact that yehey will have a new ceo. she's too excited about that. we're not even happy about it. can't they see that? but i guess we really don't have any power over them. how sad. and i guess business is business. business is a totally different thing.

it's soo impersonal. like what my mom said, you can't really count on anyone except your family. you can't count on your colleagues especially the higher ups. we're all dispensable people. we can be replaced in just one click of the finger. how sad. :(

cris' birthday party

i finally got the pics from suzy and cris of the dinner last wednesday. wow. that was such a fun night. well, for me that is. that was the first time in years that i was actually able to bond with my friends again. the old gym people. those were the days when i would go tothe gym in my CSA uniform. everyone knew me as the kid. the grade school or high school kid who goes to the gym.

hmm.. i bet they were all in awe that i've alredy graduated college. maybe, even amazed that i am already working. hmm..

but on the other hand, i'm amazed too. amazed at the fact that ate carol already has a baby (when before i was her little sister). ate shawie is pregnant na rin. ate ayna is moving to a new career path. suzy is planning to get married na rin.

it's like OMG. i knew these people when i was still in grade school. and parang the last that i've heard of them was that they were just starting to work and then now. OMG. time really flies, huh?
