Last weekend was realy crazy

Last weekend was crazy.

That I have to say. But seriotusly speaking, things have been going a bit wacko every now and then and I really don’t know why? There must be something in the air or maybe I’m getting to that point in my life where it’s not all that happy, happy, joy, joy. I don’t know. Maybe reality is just hitting really hard on me. So hard that it made me dumbfounded.

Anyway, this whole week, we had the training with Kat for FAA/PCC. It’s a lot easier actually than MSA/SRAP. Maybe because I did study it already in college and it was one of those things that I really, truly understood and something that I kind of practice every now and then. I actually like accounting. Weird, ey? But I have an inclination to that subject. It’s all soo organized and written down and precise. You can’t go wrong with numbers or with listing things down. Some people may find it boring but I actually wouldn’t have minded if I took accounting back in college. I’d be a great accountant! Everything down to the letter.

Anyway, we had an “Easter Egg Hunt” at the office last Monday. Imagine there were 6 eggs in the entire floor and all of them were hidden in the Ayala Side, duh?!?! HELLO?!?! That’s what I call unfair! I overheard someone say that we, our team, will have our very own Easter Egg Hunt at the office on Friday. After DTR, but I seriously, seriously doubt if I’ll be able to join the fun since I have training with Kat and also a BW Overview with Ron.

About the EGN Owner, well, I have absolutely no update about that. I just got the revised DM Sched from EJ today. Will probably send it on Friday. I have to consult Deng with that.

As for Bert, well he had an Accenture interview last Monday and that was in the morning! OMG right? I mean, if it were me, I’d probably be really, really late cause I’m lazy in the morning. Imagine, I get up at every morning and I get to work at what or other people would probably need to wake up at to arrive in the office at that time.

He also got a call for American Express, Innove (which he had to reschedule for Security Bank), Security Bank (not really thanks to my dad but I believe he had a hand in the processing of his application), Noypips (which really sounds awful but I’d like to believe it’s an okay company) and Asiatrust or Chinatrust (sometimes, Bert can be deaf…hehe…kidding…). Keep ‘em coming! I’m really happy for him… I hope he finds the one that is truly meant for him! J

Donna and EJ were in training since Monday so it’s really difficult for us to get in touch with them. I need some things from them because I’m currently installing again everything to my re-SEWPed laptop. It’s soo hard if they’re not there! So hard to consult and shit.

Funny in my Starbucks Planner, I have this note for April 18:

For YEHEY!

- 1x1 ID

- Cedula

- X-ray Results

(with a question) Will I still be at YEHEY?

Obviously, I’m not and I’m quite happy about it! Sad in a way, but generally really happy that I’m out of there. It’s been a little hard. Not seeing Bert everyday. Not being able to actually connect with anyone (cause nobody was from UA&P, so basically they don’t know where I’m coming from or who I’m talking about). I miss Nannah and Carla, which reminds me… I’m thinking of setting up Nannah to one of my friends, but I’m still thinking about it. I also miss Chadi and Maan. The grown up talks. The future talks. The nonsense topics. The lunchtimes wherein we’d all complain about being stressed, bored, tired, sleepy and sometimes just keep quiet. Food in Pasto, Lasa. Starbucks Podium during lunch. (I had to specify that cause I still do Starbucks on the weekends.. teehee!). The occasional Breton, Congo (I still remember the time when I got my second call from HP in Congo with the girls and the Bert… I also remember that it was that weekend when Maan told Laz that I was going to resign already so come Monday, he wasn’t at all surprised… hehe…). I miss the food also in Café Med and Banana Leaf. Even Delifrance and Subway. Oh… How can I forget Pinoydon! J The food in Ortigas is WAAAY better than the food in Makati. People in Makati just don’t realize what they’re missing…

Back to work, back to reality. I can’t believe how many stuff I have to follow up. Omega, Time Tracker synchronizing, DM sched…

This week has just been swamped with things to do and trainings. Good thing the Managing Customer Relationships training was cancelled! Shoot! I forgot to get my ID from the 34th floor. L Anyway, my long awaited ID which was made in Singapore (whatever!) has finally arrived. I look ugly there… eww!
